The service

ARIA AI is an AI-powered sales agent service provided by BY Consulting. We set up, manage, and run an automated lead follow-up system on your behalf across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.

Subscriptions and billing

• All plans are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No setup fees are charged. Setup and onboarding are included in every plan.

What we guarantee

We guarantee your first booked meeting within 30 days of going live. If ARIA does not book a single meeting in the first 30 days, contact us and we will make it right — either by adjusting your setup at no extra cost or by offering a refund for that month.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business during onboarding
• Ensure your calendar link is active and availability is up to date
• Show up to calls that your leads book
• Let us know promptly if something is not working as expected

What we are responsible for

• Setting up ARIA for your business correctly
• Maintaining uptime and performance of the system
• Responding to support requests within 24 hours on business days
• Keeping your business and lead data secure

Limitation of liability

ARIA AI is a tool that helps you engage with leads. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, close rates, or lead quality, as these depend on your business, offer, and market. The results shared on our website are based on real client data but individual results will vary.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let active subscribers know by email.
